In a one-on-one session, I offer a calm, attentive space where you can slow down and truly connect with what’s going on inside. Together, we explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns — not to fix you, but to understand you and the way you connect with others.

I guide with presence, empathy, and depth, helping you make room for what wants to be seen, felt and released. So that whatever lives in you, you are in charge.
