When we experience a certain stuck-ness, it usually means something from our past has made itself present again. A feeling, a sensation in our body or a relational dilemma. Feeling stuck isn’t necessarily bad in my eyes, but it does mean that there’s something showing up that has importance. Otherwise it wouldn’t be persistent like this.

I like to see it as an opportunity to finish what remained unfinished before, a gateway to a better life.

Our bodies, not to be seen as separate from our minds, know this knowledge and help us see, hear or express this unfinished business. In our sessions I will focus on the stuck-ness or the movement that wants to happen, to ensure what is speaking gets a meaning, a direction.

The relief we so often try to find in more structure, or working harder, can often be found in finding, allowing and supporting the unseen, unheard experience inside a safe connection.
